Cancellation Policy
Manage your bookings by creating an account with Verve Artistry Collective. If you are having issues contact us at verveartistrycollective@gmail.com Additional Hours: Your Booking allows 1 hours, with 15 minute setup/breakdown buffer time. Cancellations: During peak days on Saturday and Sundays, the Lessor does not allow for cancellation. All fees paid are nontransferable and nonrefundable. During non-peak hours, the Lessee is entitled to a full refund and can cancel their reservation via their account up to 72 hours or more, 50% refund if notice provided before 48 hours, must email a request to verveartistrycollective@gmail.com and no refund after 24 hours. Your time slot includes setup and breakdown, please leave the studio clean, a housekeeping fee of $15 will be collected otherwise.
